# Finance assignment: what does Northstar cost and what do the scenarios mean?

You have 50 minutes before the leadership checkpoint. Use only the supplied
synthetic sources. Treat filenames such as “final-maybe” as labels, not approval.

2. cautious, base, and offensive scenarios with reproducible arithmetic;
3. a list of data-quality risks and unsupported interpretations;
4. a finance comment and recommendation for leadership;
5. the human owner of every unresolved approval or assumption.

Every material number must cite a source ID. Before submission, open each cited
source and repeat the calculation without relying on the AI's arithmetic. Record
one AI suggestion you corrected or rejected and why.

Suggested timebox: 10 minutes to map sources, 20 minutes to calculate, 15 minutes
to write, and 5 minutes to verify and prepare a two-minute presentation.
