Sales assignment: should we pursue the opportunity — and how?
Situation
You have 50 minutes before an internal go/no-go meeting. NCPA appears interested, but the opportunity record, customer messages, and product material do not fully agree. Your job is to recommend the next commercial step without promising capabilities or certainty that the sources do not support.
Suggested timebox: 10 minutes to map sources, 20 minutes to analyse conflicts, 15 minutes to write the recommendation, and 5 minutes to verify citations and prepare the two-minute presentation.

Deliverables
Complete 08-output-templates/sales-recommendation-template.md with:
- a stakeholder table;
- confirmed needs and evidence;
- assumptions or conflicts that must not be treated as facts;
- at least three questions that must be answered before a binding proposal;
- a draft next customer contact;
- one decision: go, no-go, or go with conditions.
Acceptance criteria
- Every material factual claim cites at least one source ID.
- Conflicting sources are described explicitly.
- Product limitations are not rewritten as capabilities.
- The recommendation identifies an owner for every blocking question.
- The team records one AI suggestion it rejected or corrected and why.
- The result can be presented in two minutes.
