# Scenario: Northstar Rescue 2026

GeoNordic Systems AB develops the fictional **Atlas Response Suite**, used to
combine maps, field reports, and observations during complex operations.

The fictional **Nordic Civil Protection Agency (NCPA)** is preparing Northstar
Rescue 2026, an exercise involving crisis management, unmanned aircraft systems
(UAS), field teams, and a shared operational picture. NCPA has invited GeoNordic
to demonstrate its approach on **25 September 2026** and may later open a formal
procurement.

The opportunity could be strategically valuable, but the schedule is tight and
the available material is inconsistent. Different functions inside GeoNordic
must determine what is known, what remains uncertain, and what the company can
