# About GeoNordic Systems AB

GeoNordic Systems AB was founded in 2004. The company is headquartered on the
Swedish west coast, with additional offices in Oslo and Helsinki. As of 1
September 2026, GeoNordic employs 110 people across the three locations.

In FY2025, GeoNordic reported revenue of SEK 168 million, split 58% OEM and
SDK licences and 42% Atlas Response Suite licences and services.

## What we build

GeoNordic develops two product lines. The **Atlas Core SDK** is an embeddable
map and situational-awareness engine, licensed to OEM and integrator partners
who build it into their own systems. Partners pay a run-time licence for
every system they ship or deploy with Atlas Core SDK inside, so a partner's
own contract wins and deliveries are revenue events for GeoNordic. The
licence is invoiced when the partner reports a delivered system, so an order
is pipeline and a delivery is revenue; the two are tracked as separate
events under the same partner contract. The **Atlas Response Suite** is
GeoNordic's own end-user application, combining a map-based operational
picture with field reports, resource positions, and imported observations for
public-safety operations.

Two extensions are in earlier stages: **Mission Bridge** is in beta and
**Field Relay Node** is in a controlled pilot with a limited number of
demonstration clients. Neither has completed the review that a released
capability requires.

The current Atlas release is version 3.4.1, released 10 August 2026.

## Northstar Rescue 2026

The Nordic Civil Protection Agency (NCPA) has invited GeoNordic to demonstrate
its approach for Northstar Rescue 2026 on 25 September 2026. No procurement
process has started and no decision has been made. Staff should treat this as
an active opportunity under evaluation, not a confirmed contract.
