Welcome to GeoNordic Hub

GeoNordic Hub, our new intranet, is live today. It replaces the shared drive as the place to find current company information, product material, and team updates.

Every page on the Hub carries the same four pieces of information at the top: an owner, a date, a status, and a source ID. The owner is the team or person accountable for the page. The date tells you when it was last approved or published. The status tells you whether a page is approved, a draft, or something in between. The source ID is a short reference you can cite when you quote a page elsewhere, for example in a report or a presentation.

If a page is missing one of these, or the date looks old for something that should be current, please flag it to IT rather than assuming the content is still correct.

The Hub also carries our AI-tool policy, which applies to any AI assistant use involving company material. Please read it before using an AI tool for anything beyond casual, non-sensitive drafting.
