- Ingrid introduced herself as Programme Coordinator for Northstar Rescue.
- Exercise is civil public safety, with regional crisis staffs and field teams.
- Initial working figure: 50 active field users during the exercise.
- Ingrid mentioned that procurement may count named accounts differently.
- Customer wants UAS observations visible alongside field reports.
- “Offline” was used several times, but no one defined whether it means cached
  viewing, creating reports, or later synchronization.
- Security review may happen before the demo; no approval has been given.
- Alex said GeoNordic would return with documented limits before discussing a
  binding proposal.

Personal interpretation: strong strategic fit, but buying process and technical
acceptance are still unclear.
