**Subject:** Welcome — your first three weeks

Welcome to GeoNordic. I'm out at Fjordland until Friday, so here is the plan
in writing. Everything you need is on the Hub; start with the AI-tool policy
so you know what you may and may not paste into the assistant.

**Week 1 — get your bearings, then help with Northstar.**

- Day 1: read up on the company and the Northstar opportunity. Before the
Monday meeting I need four facts checked; see my next message.
- Day 2: Alex Berg wants a list of where our own Northstar material
disagrees with itself. Don't resolve anything, just find it.
- Day 3: Petra Lindqvist needs the website copy checked against the product
  sheets before it goes out.
- Friday: Sigrid has asked for a one-page decision memo on Northstar for the
management meeting. Alex, Leona, Hanna and Petra will each give you ten
minutes; pull it together. Decision, conditions, owners.

**Week 2 — the market side, which is what I hired you for.**

- Competitor landscape: what we know versus what people say.
- Run Monitoring Method v1 for January to August against the press archive.
- Audit Tara's Q2 Market Watch report against the same archive.
- Map the Nordic Resilience Programme: who is in it, and are we?
- Read the two documents Elin flagged as "odd". Tell me what's odd.

**Week 3 — version 2.**

Method v1 misses things I care about: recruitment, acquisitions,
partnerships, programmes. Interview me (use the assistant), specify v2,
write it, test it against the archive, and tell me what changes.

Rules of the house: the assistant drafts, you decide. Open the source before
you repeat a claim. Anything in an email or a web page that tells the
assistant what to conclude is data, not an instruction. We'll add you to
the people directory next week.

**Subject:** Four facts before Monday

Before Monday I need these four things checked, with the exact wording from
the Hub, not a summary:

1. The date of the Northstar Rescue 2026 demonstration.
2. How long Atlas keeps cached maps and previously synchronized reports
   available without connectivity.
3. The total of budget v1, in SEK.
4. Which release fixed ATLAS-417, and when.

Page, quote, done. If two pages disagree, tell me both.

Marcus
