Northstar decision options
A — proceed at full proposed scope
Keep the 25 September date, demonstrate every proposed workflow, and prepare a binding commercial proposal. Requires confidence in product, security, finance, and staffing evidence that may not yet exist.
B — proceed with bounded discovery and demonstration
Keep the opportunity active, show only approved or explicitly labelled controlled workflows, and make proposal scope conditional on customer, product, security, finance, and staffing checkpoints.
C — pause external activity
Do not demonstrate or progress the commercial conversation until all open questions are resolved. Reduces immediate exposure but may lose the current customer window.
Leadership must choose and own the risk; the existence of an option is not a recommendation.
