Skarv and Response Arc announce partnership to explore Arc Dispatch integration with Kestrel GCS

OSLO, 6 May 2026. Skarv Aerospace AS and Response Arc Ltd have announced a partnership to explore integrating Response Arc's Arc Dispatch recommendation tool with Skarv's Kestrel Ground Control Station. The companies said the partnership is exploratory and that no commercial terms have been agreed.

Under the partnership, the two companies will run a joint technical evaluation to assess how Arc Dispatch's dispatch recommendation capability might complement Kestrel GCS workflows for unmanned aircraft system operators. Both companies said the evaluation would need to conclude before any decision on commercial integration is made.

Nils Havre, Chief Executive Officer of Skarv Aerospace AS, said: "The evaluation will tell us whether Arc Dispatch can support Kestrel GCS workflows. Any decision on integration will come after that work."

Daniel Whitcombe, Chief Executive Officer of Response Arc Ltd, said the technical work would focus on how operator-confirmed dispatch recommendations could fit within existing Kestrel GCS workflows.

Neither company gave a timeline for completing the evaluation or for any subsequent commercial decision.
