# Programme announces 2026 call with 14 partners

25 June 2026. The Nordic Resilience Programme 2026–2029, funded by the Northern Resilience Fund, has announced its 2026 call for proposals, bringing together 14 partner organizations from across the public safety, research, and industry sectors.

The announced partners are the Nordic Civil Protection Agency (NCPA), Vestfjord University, the Nordic Institute for Crisis Informatics (NICI), Fjordland Rescue Services, the Municipal Alliance for Emergency Response (MAER), Skarv Aerospace AS, Northern Grid Systems Oy, the Baltic Coastal Authority, Helios Air Ambulance, the Northern Forest Fire Coordination Centre, Nordvik Rescue Coordination, Skagerrak Coastal Rescue Service, the Arctic Logistics Institute, and the Nordic Volunteer Rescue Federation. The programme said the 2026 call would fund collaborative projects on crisis resilience, with a focus on interoperability between operational systems used by participating agencies.

Maren Løvik, Programme Director of the Nordic Resilience Programme, said: "The call brings public safety, research, and industry partners into the same project framework. We will assess proposals through the autumn."

The programme said proposals would be accepted through the autumn, with funding decisions expected in early 2027.

The Nordic Resilience Programme 2026–2029 is a multi-actor programme funded by the Northern Resilience Fund, supporting crisis resilience research and collaboration across the Nordic region.
