# Authority signs follow-on contract with Havbris Maritime for SeaWatch at two additional stations

TALLINN, 15 July 2026. The Baltic Coastal Authority has signed a follow-on contract with Havbris Maritime Systems AS to extend its SeaWatch Coastal Surveillance System to two additional coordination stations. The contract is valued at EUR 2.1 million.

"The eastern centre has given us an operational basis for extending SeaWatch to two further stations," said Kristjan Mägi, Head of Maritime Operations at the Baltic Coastal Authority.

The follow-on contract builds on the Authority's existing SeaWatch deployment at its eastern coordination centre, which entered operational service in March 2026. The Authority said the two additional stations would give broader coastal coverage once installation is complete.

The Authority said installation at the two additional stations was expected to begin later in the year, with no fixed date yet set for entry into operational service. The contract does not affect the separately supplied Coastal Incident Portal, built by integrator Brightwater Integration.

The Baltic Coastal Authority is a national maritime safety body responsible for coastal surveillance and incident coordination along the Estonian coast.
