- The budget total is shown as a sum of the five line items, not asserted without working.

Verify by hand:
- Open each cited page and check the quote is really there, in that wording.
- Re-add the five budget lines yourself and check the total.
- Open the known-issues log and check the status column for ATLAS-417 directly, rather than trusting the assistant's summary of it.
Common AI mistakes:
- Quoting an older readiness note that still lists ATLAS-417 as an open blocker, instead of the resolved status in the news post and known-issues log.
