OULU, 27 March 2026. Kaarna Defence Electronics Oy today reported financial results for the first quarter of 2026, showing continued growth in its order backlog driven largely by the HAWKEYE Tactical Display product line.

The company said its HAWKEYE order backlog grew during the quarter, reflecting the contract signed with the Nordic Defence Materiel Office in March and continued demand from existing customers. Kaarna did not disclose specific revenue or backlog figures in the announcement.

"We expect work on the Arctic Mobility contract to support HAWKEYE activity as deliveries begin later this year," said Dr Aino Kettunen, Chief Executive Officer of Kaarna Defence Electronics Oy.

Kaarna said it would provide further financial detail in its half-year results, expected in the third quarter of 2026. The company made no announcement regarding new contracts or product launches alongside the results.
